CollexArt invites artists to submit work for the COLLEXART GRAND PRIZE 2025. This call has no theme. Early participants can submit up to 20 entries (before February 28th). Participants submitting after February 28th can submit up to 10 entries. CollexArt offers up to $9,500 in prizes and artist benefits.
All mediums are welcome, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, digital art (except sound and video).

$3000 Cash Award*
One artist will be awarded the Grand Prize 2025 Award at the conclusion of this call.
$2,000 Purchase Award**
This award is used to purchase one or more selected submissions at the conclusion of this call.
$4,500 in Artist Websites Powered by FolioLink
10 artists will be awarded one year of FolioLink artist website service which includes the option for a discounted subscription rate after the first year.
Artist Profile Page in CollexArt
Submitting artists (including the Purchase Award winner/s) may be invited to have their own in-depth Artist Profile Page.
Online Exhibit Space in CollexArt
Depending on the work that gets submitted we sometimes find opportunities to put together a new online solo or group exhibit. CollexArt online exhibits are permanently displayed in our site.
*Cash Prize
The CollexArt Grand Prize 2025 of $3,000 – will identify a single artwork. The Grand Prize will be awarded in May 14th, 2025.
**Purchase Award/s
If you are a Purchase Award winner you understand that Kodexio (CollexArt developer / owner) intends to acquire your work. Artists submitting for the Purchase Award should value their work in accordance with prior sales history or the amount a gallery would pay for the work without their commission fee added. If a winning art work is valued for less than $2,000 then CollexArt reserves the right to purchase additional works by the same artist or runner ups up to $2,000.
The Purchase Award is intended to support the selected artist/s with meaningful recognition as part of the CollexArt Collection. We will award a Purchase Award of $2,000 at the conclusion of the call. The $2,000 Purchase Award may be given to one artist or shared among 2 to 3 artists. The Grand Prize 2025 winner is also elligible to receive the Purchase Award. The Purchase Award winner/s will be showcased in the CollexArt website. Artists submitting for the Purchase Award should value their work in accordance with prior sales history or the amount a gallery would pay for your work without their commission fee added.
Rules & Guidelines
Open to all USA and International artists who are 18 years and older.
Accepting all mediums including digital art, (except sound and video).
Submitted Work
All submissions must be original artwork conceived and produced by the artist
All submissions must be free from copyright infringement
If submitting photography or video we may ask for release forms if needed
Only digital files are accepted through the CollexArt submission system (powered by SubmitArts)
Images must be saved and submitted as JPGs
Images must be no larger than 1920 pixels on the longest side and no smaller 960 pixels
Images must be 5MB or less
Entry Fee
The entry fee is $39.00 for up to 10 entries and $3 each for each additional works up to 10 more works in total. Submission fees are not refundable. Note: submissions completed by February 28th can upload up to 20 entries at the same price.

Copyright
Artists maintain all copyrights to submitted artwork. Artists grant permission to Kodexio (CollexArt developer / owner) to store submission images and related collected data for submission management purposes and to offer jurors a way to review and select submissions.
Submitted Work Image Usage Rights
If your work is selected for a CollexArt award or any other type of recognition and or benefit (artist profile, sponsored website, etc.), you grant Kodexio (CollexArt developer / owner) a license to use your submission to promote and showcase its website, activities, locations, and to achieve its mission. Therefore, you grant Kodexio a non-exclusive, royalty free, irrevocable, worldwide perpetual license to use, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, distribute and display your work and submission information, including your name and location, in their related websites, advertising, and promotional materials.
